Gross external debt of Ukraine
Gross external debt as of a certain date represents the total outstanding amount of all existing obligations that must be repaid by debtors and that constitute liabilities of residents of the country’s economy to non-residents. In other words, this is the country's total debt on foreign loans and unpaid interest on them.
